If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price you pay will be the one displayed at the time of your order confirmation.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order on saindoushop.com, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

We offer free shipping on eligible orders, as indicated on the website. For non-eligible orders, shipping fees will be displayed before checkout.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with the French Consumer Code (Code de la Consommation) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email before the withdrawal period expires. You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
Certain products, such as customized items, personal care products, or perishable goods, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code, and the warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.
